Ingredients My Bar
1 1/2 oz Scotch Whisky
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes Bitters

Balmoral Directions
In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Serve Balmoral in a Cocktail Glass
