1/2 oz Peppermint Schnapps
1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur
1 tsp Sugar
5 oz (hot) Coffee
1 1/2 oz Whipping Cream
Bavarian Coffee Directions Add coffee and liquors to an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
Serve Bavarian Coffee in a Irish Coffee Cup
